Lothians & Borders

Hello, I am your Regional Manager for Lothian and Borders. I started with NFU Scotland in April 2001 as a graduate trainee, having studied Agriculture with Honours in Animal Production Science.
I grew up on estate near Callander, Perthshire where my dad was a deerstalker so I have always been involved with rural life. I knew that I wanted to pursue a career in the agricultural industry and so was keen to work with NFUS. Since joining NFUS I have been in charge of a number of the regions, including North East, Ayrshire, Forth & Clyde on two separate occasions and now I have moved on to Lothian & Borders.
I am very much looking forward to meeting and working with members and Group Secretaries in Lothian and Borders to see how we can work as a team to actively engage the grass roots members to raise the profile of the Union and show non-members just what they are missing out on!
