Terms and Conditions of your AGM event Booking

Your AGM booking will be confirmed once full payment has been received

Terms and Conditions in relation to cencellation of your AGM Booking
Refunds can only be made for AGM booking cancellations received in writing by 11 January 2024.  Regretfully, refunds cannot be processed after this date however, substitute delegates may be permitted, if notified in advance.  Any cancellation of accommodation, or non-arrival of guests, charged by the hotel must be settled in full to NFU Scotland immediately after the event.
