Blog Last week at Scotland’s Food and Drink Conference I had the pleasure of providing closing remarks.
The conference was dominated with the positive story that our food and drink industry had grown at an amazing pace over the last decade and that new ambitious companies were finding fantastic success. It was quite right that the tone was positive – our food has a unique story and it’s a story which we have to shout about far and wide.
