President's Blog 30 March 2016

Last week I used this blog to say that farmers must be valued in the supply chain, and we must be proud of the provenance story which we provide to the food and drink industry.Today I want to talk about provenance once more. Scotland is home to thousands of farms, each with their own story, their own name and their own specialisation.  And virtually every one of them has bought in to our Scottish ‘farm assured’ message.
