The Scottish Parliament has a number of Cross Party Groups, which provide an opportunity for Members of all parties, outside organisations and members of the public to meet and discuss a shared interest in a particular cause or subject.

The purpose of the Cross Party Group on Crofting is to discuss items of policy that affect crofting and to bring issues to the attention of MSPs. The CPGoC is currently jointly convened by:

Alasdair Allan MSP https://www.parliament.scot/msps/currentmsps/alasdair-allan-msp.aspx
Rhoda Grant MSP https://www.parliament.scot/msps/currentmsps/rhoda-grant-msp.aspx
Tavish Scott MSP https://www.parliament.scot/msps/currentmsps/tavish-scott-msp.aspx

NFUS attends the CPGoC as a representative organisation – attendees may include the Chairperson of the Crofting Highlands & Islands Committee, NFUS President or Vice-President, Crofting Policy Manager and/or the Political Affairs Manager.
