Agricultural Holdings
The agricultural holdings remit falls within the Legal and Technical policy portfolio. NFUS has two working groups to discuss agricultural holdings, the Tenants Working Group, and the Tenancy Working Group. These groups work to the same agenda, and meet as required. NFU Scotland works closely with the Tenant Farming Commissioner, and will continue to do so as he works to produce guidance notes to underpin the Land Reform (Scotland) Act.
Here you can find up to date information on NFU Scotland’s agricultural holdings work, including briefing papers, consultations, and submissions.
